Southbound Jakarta is more than just a bazaar — it’s a creative movement driven by high school students across South Jakarta. Built around the spirit of Gen Z culture, the event combines entrepreneurship, art, music, and street-style expression into one vibrant experience.
Carrying the theme of “Street Style and Gen Z Culture,” the event transformed the venue into an energetic urban-inspired space filled with bold decorations, creative visuals, and interactive photo spots. The atmosphere reflected the identity of today’s youth culture — expressive, dynamic, and community-driven.
Students were given the opportunity to learn directly about entrepreneurship and event management by running their own booths, featuring fashion, thrifting, beauty, artworks, lifestyle products, and food & beverages. Beyond selling products, they also gained hands-on experience in building brands, managing customers, and organizing large-scale events.
The entertainment lineup also became one of the event’s highlights. Visitors enjoyed DJ performances, karaoke sessions, and a lively social atmosphere that kept the energy going throughout the day. Every corner of the event was designed to encourage interaction, creativity, and self-expression among young people.
With more than 1,500 visitors attending in just one day, Southbound Jakarta successfully became a platform where young creatives could connect, showcase their talents, and turn their ideas into real experiences. More than just an event, Southbound Jakarta represents a new generation of youth-led creativity and entrepreneurship.
Held at Nirmana Falatehan, the event was supported by a spacious and versatile venue that perfectly accommodated creative exhibitions, entertainment areas, and high visitor traffic. With its flexible space and vibrant atmosphere, Nirmana Falatehan continues to be an ideal destination for youth events, community gatherings, and creative experiences.
